New and renewal memberships with Kilkenny Swimming Club automatically lead to the membership being registered and/or updated with Swim Ireland through the Swim Ireland online membership database. We provide Swim Ireland with members' personal data which is used to facilitate access to the membership database. Swim Ireland contacts members directly to access and update their member profile details including opt-ins and privacy settings. To facilitate this a valid email address is required from Kilkenny Swimming Club members.
Swim Ireland policies and notices relating to privacy are available on the Swim Ireland website and through the Swim Ireland online membership database.
I give permission for the Kilkenny Swimming Club membership secretary to add update and maintain my swimmer's and my information on the JustGo Swim Ireland online membership database.
I agree to my swimmer's personal data and swimming times being held and processed though Hy-Tek’s swimming software.
