By registering my swimmer with the Kilkenny Swimming Club, I agree to participate and/or allow my swimmer to participate in the Kilkenny Swimming Club, and hereby release Kilkenny Swimming Club, its officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur while participating in the Kilkenny Swimming Club program, including travel to and from training terms, swim meets or other scheduled team activities.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organisations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death, or damage to property, while participating in the Kilkenny Swimming Club program and other classes.
