Grangemouth Amateur Swimming Club coaches swimmers through a training squad structure that caters for participants of different ages and abilities.

We cater for all levels of swimmers.  Progression is usually Challenger, Developer, Bronze, Silver, Gold.  We are also a member club of the F.I.R.S.T. (Falkirk Integrated Regional Swim Team).  Youth & Advanced Youth are ex-competitive/senior swimmers.
