Stay & Play Sessions

So on 9th August 2024 we launched our stay and play sessions in the gym.  This has been a tester as we have never done these before and I can only say what a fantastic time we have had and am overwhelmed by the uptake.  This was an initiative of one of our coaches Ashleigh with all proceeds going towards fundraising for the club which has raised an astounding £925.01.  

As a result, Ashleigh has decided to continue with the sessions on a Friday morning 10am - 12noon for pre school children, its a free play session £5 per child (£3 for additional siblings) and price includes a Tea/Coffee for Adults and Juice and Biscuit for children.
