Welcome to Deben Swimming Club
Deben Swimming Club is based in Woodbridge and caters for swimmers of all levels; from learn to swim to Suffolk County, East Region and National level. Although we are a competative swimming club with a focus on competative opportunities for our membership, we have introduced additional opportunities for members with a focus on fitness whilst retaining competition opportunities.

We are a non profit organisation managed by a Committee of dedicated volunteers. We have a mix of paid employees lead by our Head Coach, who are supported by qualified, experienced and DBS checked Teachers & Coaches, all of whom are volunteers.
The club is affiliated to Swim England and has been awarded “SwimMark” status recognising our level of excellence at every stage of the programme from learn to swim through to competitive swimming.
Swimmers in the club mainly come from around the Woodbridge area and neighbouring villages, and other areas across East Suffolk.

Our catchment area for swimming lessons and squad swimming encompasses East Suffolk including Woodbridge, Melton, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Martlesham, Rushmere St Andrew, Felixstowe, Wickham Market, Framlingham, Saxmundham, Waldringfield, Bucklesham, Playford, Bealings.
