Refund  and Cancellation Policy

Club Member refers to any named person who's fees have been paid to Feltham Swimming Club (ref to as FSC) for either swimming lessons (JellyFish) or as part of a  Feltham Swimming Club training group. The named person will have been registered with Swim England and therefore be known as a Club Member. 

FSC is unable to refund fees to members already paid or reduce fees for lessons or training sessions yet to be attended due to sickness, holidays or any other reasons.

FSC will refund fees in full for lessons or training sessions cancelled by either Feltham Swimming Club or the Leisure Provider (Lampton Leisure) in advance or on the day of attendance. Refunds will be made by way of credit(s) for future a lesson(s) to be taken. In an unforeseen circumstance a refund or fee adjustment would be considered when no alternative session/s can be offered. 

All refunds are at the discretion of the club management. 

FSC reserve the right to cancel membership due to unpaid fees. Adequate notice of that cancellation will be given in writing. 

Extended Non attendance due to Extenuating Circumstances

These will be considered by the club committee case by case.
