Club Membership Fees
To train and compete with Hailsham Swimming Club, members must pay annual Swim England and Hailsham Swimming Club fees, alongside the required monthly fee for the squad they are part of.
Swim England Membership
Swim England annual membership is required to train, compete, or volunteer with Hailsham Swimming Club. These should paid into the club account, with payment details confirmed by our Membership Secretary upon joining the club.
Club Train
This is for members of Hailsham Swimming Club who are learning to swim or are training at any level within the club. It also allows members to enter into low level open meets and team competitions, including Level 4 Licensed Open Meets, Club Championships, Sussex Swimming League Galas, and our Mike Pashler Invitational Gala.

Club Compete
This is for members of Hailsham Swimming Club who want to compete and be part of the structured competitive pathway at the club. It allows members to enter all levels of competition up to National Standard, including Level 1, 2, and 3 Licensed Open Meets, and Arena League Galas.
This is the recommended membership category for those joining Hailsham Swimming Club, and is required for all members of the Development and Performance Squads

Annual Fees
Hailsham Swimming Club annual fees should be paid into the club account by 31st of March each year. Payment details will be confirmed by our Membership Secretary upon joining the club

Monthly Fees
Monthly training subscriptions become due for payment on the 1st of each month via Standing Order.
Monthly fees are payable whether or not a member uses the facilities.
Monthly fees can be waived only in the following circumstances:
- Medical reasons supported by certificate, for period of one month or more.
- Attendance at a place of further education away from home, subject to Committee approval
The monthly fee due is dependent on the swimming squad a member is part of, as detailed in the table below.

Late or non payment of fees
Fees not paid, in part or full 30 days after the due date will be deemed late. This may lead to suspension from the club unitl resolved. This includes all fees, monthly, annual, and competition fees.
