At Wexford Swimming & Water Polo Club, we deeply value the commitment and dedication you bring to our members. As a volunteer coach, your safety and the safety of everyone involved are our top priorities.
Please take note of the following weather policy guidelines:

Your Safety Comes First:
If at any time you feel unsafe or uncomfortable travelling due to weather conditions, please do not feel obligated to attend training. Simply notify the Head Coach as soon as possible.

Stay Informed:
If you have concerns about weather conditions, please consult with the Head Coach for updates and advice. We are here to support you in making the safest decision.

Assess Travel Safety:
Please assess the situation in your local area and the area you are travelling to before deciding to attend training. Your safety is paramount.

Weather Warnings:
During a Red Weather Warning, all training sessions will be cancelled. For other weather warnings, training sessions will proceed if possible, depending on the pool’s operational status (as determined by Wexford County Council, which owns and has input into the management of the leisure centre) and the availability of a coach who feels comfortable travelling.
