Dumfries Dip n Dash

On Sunday we had a team of 15 swimmers from our SwimSTARS and Potential squads head down to Dumfries for their Dip n Dash meet.

In what was a very fast paced meet with very little rest in between each event the swimmers didn’t only race incredibly well but also recovered well, looking forward to their next race or were at the bottom of the pool cheering on their team mates.

Our younger swimmers have had a very busy start to their season with this being their 3^rd meet in the space of three weeks. However this didn’t stop the personal bests rolling in with over 50% of the total races coming in as new PB’s!!
