Update Information - Watford Open Meet
Dear swim families,
Your swimmer is due to participate in the Watford Swimming Club Terry Davies Legacy Meet on Saturday 15th and/or Sunday 16th June 2024 at Woodside Leisure Centre, Horseshoe Lane, Watford WD25 7HH.
If your swimmer can no longer participate please email [email protected] or let your coaches know ASAP.
IMPORTANT:
Please click here for the attached team sheet so that you know what sessions your swimmer has entered. Please also make sure your child knows what events they will be swimming in.
Swimmers please arrive at the leisure centre at the time shown below. Please sign in with Team Manager.
Session 1 Arrive to sign in: 12:30. Warm up 1pm, racing at 2pm
Session 2 Arrive to sign in 4:30pm Warm up no earlier than 5pm, racing no earlier than 6pm
Session 3 Arrive to sign in 8:30am Warm up at 9 am, racing at 10 am
Session 4 Arrive to sign in 12:00 Warm up no earlier than 12.30pm Racing no earlier than 1.30pm.
Please find further details as attached and note that if you wish to be considered for the time trials you must email the promoter by Monday at 6pm at the very latest.
