Great start to the new season from the CMK Bounce Back Open Meet

What a great start to the new swim season for Bletchley & District Swimming Club. Around 15 club swimmers entered the CMK Bounce Back Open Meet, entering themselves in a variety of events. From 50m Backstroke, right up to 400m Freestyle.

A few of our swimmers had come home with some shiny medals around their necks. Around 50 per cent of our entrants gained new Personal Bests (PB), including Charlie who broke the 30 second barrier in the 50m Freestyle – congratulations and welcome to the Sub-30 second club!

A huge thanks to our Team Managers who helped support the team on poolside throughout. They are; Jo, Sally, Terry, and Candise. Our Club Captains and Vice Captains, and of course our Officials who came and supported the running of the event – Sharon and Sally.

We have had a high number of people expressing interest in becoming a Timekeeper, or Team Manager at events, or even becoming a coach, which is fantastic news.
