To all Swimmers and Parents who have entered the upcoming Dunstable Swimming Club Splash Night.

Please read the information below carefully regarding Splash night on Saturday 12th July 2025.

Arrival – 5.00pm

Warm up – 5.30pm

Start – 6pm

SPECTATORS:

Entry is £4 for every adult; child spectators are free. Please see the helpers on the door when you arrive, card payments preferred please but cash will be accepted.

Raffle is £1 per strip with prizes on the night.

RAFFLE PRIZES:

There is still time to hand in any raffle prizes you have to any member of the committee or your coach before Saturday, thank you.

Spectators are welcome poolside in the triangle, up on the balcony or outside in the café area. Facilities are available in the café area and this is where race results will be posted up throughout the night.

Important notes to adhere to for Safeguarding purposes:

Swimmers must stay with their club on poolside.

Parents and spectators are not allowed in the changing or shower area, please use the public toilet facilities located in the café area or upstairs if required.

Mobile phones are not permitted in the changing area at any time.

POOLSIDE HELPERS:

Helper’s list is attached and a big thank you to everyone who has put their name down to help, especially volunteers helping for the first time. We do need more parents to come onboard to be able to put on these wonderful events and to help run the club so please speak to a member of the committee for more information on how you can help your swimmer achieve their goals.
