Dear all,
Please read the following carefully.
All squad swimmers plus academy swimmers from the Saturday 8am and Tuesday 6.45pm sessions at Leon are invited to participate in the End of the Season Presentation Night and Club Dash Night at Bletchley Leisure Centre on Tuesday 15th July at 6.30pm.
Please note that the 6pm academy training at Leon will take place as normal on that evening and those swimmers are welcome to come and watch the end of season presentation night and club dash night should they wish to.
TIMETABLE FOR PARTICIPATING SWIMMERS:
6.30pm - Arrive at Bletchley Leisure Centre - deadline 6:45pm.
7:00pm - End of the Season Presentation
7:05pm - Announcing the Swimmer Awards of the Season, 2024/25.
7:15pm - Announcing the new Club Captains for the new 2025/26 Season.
7:20pm - Girls Warm up.
7:30pm - Boys Warm up.
7:40pm - 100m Individual Medley Races Start.
8:30pm - SKINS Special event (Fastest Junior Girls, Junior Boys, and Senior Girls, and Senior Boys will qualify). Come and enjoy watching the thrilling SKINS event where the qualifying swimmers annihilate each other. Who will win?
9:00pm - Dash Night and Presentation Night ends. Swim and play time!
9.30pm – Approximate end time.
SEATING:
Club swimmers are to sit in the middle rows of the spectator's area. They will be sign posted. The front two rows of seats will be used for whipping (where swimmers for each event are called to a specified area so that marshals can allocate heat positions.) They will also be sign posted.
SPECTATORS:
The back rows will be free for parents and guardians to watch. We are also looking for volunteers to help the evening run smoothly – if you are able to do so please let a member of the team know.

* IMPORTANT * PLEASE TICK "YES" or "ACCEPT" on the fixture via the club website (www.bletchleyswim.com) or your SportsEngine app by the DEADLINE Sunday 14th July.
This event is free.
IMPORTANT: Swimmers who turn up on the evening without confirming on the fixture will not be able to swim on the night as we will need to organise the heats.
The Bletchley Leisure Centre training session and the second session (6.45pm) academy session at Leon will not be taking place that evening due to the Dash Night. All 5 lanes will be used for the dash night to give swimmers a chance to race.
