Maxwell Open Meet - Entries now open

Maxwell Swimming Club are holding a Level 3 Maxwell Last Chance Counties Open Meet on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th November 2025 at Aqua Vale Leisure Centre, , Aylesbury, Bucks HP20 1DX. Sessions will run from 8am each day with sign in 30 minutes before (all timings are provisional).

The closing date for entries is 11pm on Tuesday 23rd September. This is a “first come, first served” meet.  Entries will not be processed after this date, so please ensure you have entered before this date if you wish to swim. *Please also note that this is a very popular meet so there is a chance that our club entries may not be accepted if they are over subscribed*

Age groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16+  (Ages at 30th November 2025).

Events:  As per entry pack.

Entry criteria: This is a “no faster than” meet – swimmers must be slower than the qualifying time stipulated per event and age group (as attached on pages). No time entries ARE permitted at this meet. Qualifying times are as per the entry pack.

Entry fee: £8.50 per event

Spectators Fee:

All day Adults £12 Child £6 (5-17)

Single session Adults £5 Child £3 (5-17)

Weekend Adults £20 Child £10 (5-17)

Age 4 and under – free of charge

Additional information:

There will be a secondary strobe available for operation at this meet where requested at the point of entry.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FURTHER INFORMATION TO COMMITTED SWIMMERS WILL BE SENT OUT ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ACCEPTED ENTRIES FROM THE MEET ORGANISER. (This can often be the week leading up to the event). Please assume that your swimmer will be participating unless you hear otherwise.
