Call for Volunteer: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Lead

As part of our ongoing commitment to making Bletchley & District SC a welcoming and supportive community for everyone, we are seeking a volunteer to take on the important role of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead. This role is central to ensuring our club remains open, accessible, and inclusive to all members, while driving meaningful change in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

The DE&I Lead will work closely with the club’s committee to:

• Promote a culture of respect, fairness, and inclusion within the club
• Help identify and address any barriers to participation
• Support members who may have concerns about equality or inclusivity
• Assist in developing and implementing inclusive policies and practices

No previous experience in a similar role is required—just a passion for swimming and a commitment to fostering a positive club environment for all. Full support and guidance will be provided.
