How to become a Team Manager

All Team Manager courses are done through the your Region (in our case, the South East Region). Head to the South East Region website to learn more, find and book a Team Manager course.

There are two levels of being a Team Manager

1) Team Manager 1

2) Team Manager 2

Team Manager training is designed to ensure any volunteers who are taking groups of athletes to competition or camps, locally or abroad, are fully equipped to do their role. In order to attend the Team Manager 1 workshop, attendees must be a Swim England Member and be over 18 years old on the day of the course. To attend the Team Manager 2 workshop, attendees must have attended the TM1 workshop, be a Swim England Member, as well as hold a current DBS with their club and have a current safeguarding certificate.
