Vicky began volunteering at Suki Aerobics Gymnastics Club in 2016, supporting her daughter, and quickly took on administrative tasks. Her commitment led to her joining the committee, where she now manages the club’s accounts and streamlines administrative processes, significantly improving efficiency.

Vicky has implemented key innovations, simplifying operations for coaches and parents and enhancing the member experience. She also actively engages with gymnasts, parents, and coaches, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.

Beyond administration, Vicky supports events, ensuring smooth operations and making participants feel valued. Her enthusiasm and encouragement create a positive, motivating atmosphere.
