The 3rd squad train 3 times a week on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. The child can work up to attending 3 times a week and often Monday and Thursday may be enough for the first few weeks until they build up a bit of stamina. The coaches are always free to speak to you in between or before your training time if you have any queries re training. Please do not interrupt them in the middle of a training session as this could jeopardise the safety of the children swimming.
