Bournemouth Collegiate School Swimming

The health, safety and well-being of every swimmer is our main concern; our aim is that swimmers will enjoy their time with us. Safeguarding our swimmers is everybody’s responsibility and we want to work in partnership with you to help all swimmers to achieve their full potential.

Our designated Welfare Officers, are responsible for all safeguarding matters within the club and you can contact them at:

Mrs Marie Spriggs (senior) [email protected]

Mrs Laura Riggs (prep) [email protected]

They are both experienced and trained in child safeguarding and welfare.

In addition, as a independant school, Swim England require us to have an additional welfare officer that is not employed by the school or not related to, or in a close relationship with, either the management team, or a coach of the organisation. If you feel a safeguarding matter is not following the correct process then please feel free to contact our external welfare offcier:

Mr Andy Brown (external) [email protected]
