Hannah Miley virtual meeting with Derby Excel

We are delighted to announce that we've arranged a virtual meeting with Hannah Miley MBE on the subject of periods and swimming, on Tuesday 1st October at 5pm. 

You may be familiar with Hannah's glittering swimming career, where she represented Team GB at 3 Olympic games, reaching finals each time. She now focusses on educating swimmers on the subject of periods - how they affect swimmers, both physically and mentally, and how to manage them. 

This is a one hour session and is open to ALL Derby Excel swimmers/parents. A link will be circulated nearer the time.
