Important Announcement for Derby Excel Volunteers, Helpers and Officials 

The Trustees have signed an SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the next 5 years with Everyone Active, who manage and run Moorways. This agreement ensures Derby Excel continue to receive our pool time at a discounted rate, thereby giving us financial security. 
 
Because of this, we are now in a position to reward the volunteers at Derby Excel who regularly give their time and expertise to help run the club, making it the success that it is. 
 
As announced at the AGM, the Trustees are proposing the following, which will be reviewed annually: 
 
1. The Derby Excel membership fee of £18 will be waived for volunteers at renewal in January. 
2. The Swim England Club Support membership fee of £19.20 will be paid by Derby Excel on your behalf.
3. Free ticket to Presentation Night and a drinks voucher
4. Enamel volunteer badge and a DX lanyard to all volunteers.
5. DX top – white for officials, red for poolside volunteers.
 
These amount to a benefit to each volunteer of around £70.
