Georgie Pryer - Masters World, European and GB Record holder!

Many of our Masters squad competed at the Masters Nationals event recently at Ponds Forge. Georgie Pryor had a particularly fine meet, breaking 4 Masters team World records, and also the European 100m butterfly record in the 25-29 years category.

Georgie was swimming for Okehampton, as part of a team put together by Sonny Trigg, also know as 'theswimsuitguy' on Instagram, where he has 129k followers (Sonny is second from the left in the photo).

Also competing was Jamie Ingram, who is a member of Derby Excel, son of our Chair Babs Ingram (Jamie is on the far right in the photo). 

Georgie's team broke World records in: 

100+ years 4 x 50m mixed freestyle relay (with Jamie)

100+ years 4 x 50m mixed medley relay

100+ years 4 x 200m mixed freestyle relay

120+ years 4 x 100m mixed freestyle relay 

Jamie broke 5 World records in all: 

100+ years 4 x 50m mixed freestyle relay (with Georgie)

100+ years Male/Open 4 x 50m freestyle relay

100+ years Male/Open 4 x 50m medley relay

100+ years Male/Open 4 x 100m freestyle relay

100+ years Male/Open 4 x 100m medley relay
