Pre-School classes are for children aged 3.5 years-5 years old. The classes are term time only and run in blocks of 6/7 weeks.
Sessions are energetic and Fun – whilst children are having fun with new friends, they’ll also be developing their physical skills. Children will work towards the British Gymnastics Rise Scheme and achieve Certificates and Medals upon achievement of skills.
Children will have the opportunity to take part in our annual competition and chrismas display.
Our expert coaches are highly experienced at working with youngsters at different stages of development and all levels of ability.
Our recreational classes help children learn the core skills to advance in the sport of gymnastics. They’re also of great help in improving:
Confidence
Self-discipline
Strength & Flexibility
Agility
Coordination
Spacial awareness
Social interaction
In addition, learning gymnastics is also of great benefit to a child’s participation and development in other sports.

Recreational Gymnastics
Recreational gymnastics is for children aged 5+ years. The classes run all year round except bank holidays, August(4 weeks) and Christmas.
The classes are age dependant
Plutos(5-6)
Neptunes(7-8)
Jupiters(9+)

Squad Classes
Squad classes are invite only. These are for children who want to start on their competitive gymnastics journey. The squads are split into 4 groups
Rising Stars
Twinkling Stars
Supernova Stars
Shooting Stars
Competitions range from local low level competitions to National competitions epending on the squad.
