Halesworth Dolphins Speed Awards

Our speed awards are away for our swimmers to continually have a goal to aim for once they have completed their stages.

These awards will be available to all swimmers from stage 9 and above. These swimmers work on a 3-week rotation of each stroke, ensuring the skills and stroke they are focusing on are better understood and retained.

On the 3^rd week swimmers will take part in a 50m time trial of the stroke they have been working on. This means every 3 weeks swimmers will be able to see their own progress and have the chance of gaining a new speed award.
