LDSC is a competitive swimming club that provides bi-monthly training and support at National and International Swimming competitions for IPC classified or classifiable swimmers as well as acting as a focal point for disability swimming in the London Swimming region, from grass roots level to paraswimmers.  We meet twice a month at The London Aquatic Centre on Sunday mornings.

We have 2 squads:

• Development squad:  for those swimmers who are developing their swimming capabilities, with hour-long sessions in a 25m pool
• Main squad: for more advanced swimmers capable of swimming longer distances at a more sustained pace, with 90 minute sessions in a 50m pool
