At LASC we aim to encourage all our young members to develop a love of swimming that will remain with them throughout their lives. We passionately believe that swimming is a great way to maintain high levels of both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. 

We also encourage our swimmers to achieve their full potential in competition. LASC has a good record of achievement in competitive swimming especially given our limited resources being a relatively small club. 

 LASC is a club solely run by volunteers and as such we encourage as many parents and guardians as possible to help out. We appreciate all contributions, no matter how small, in the belief that many hands make light work. 

 Above all, we aim to make the time spent at the club by all our members and volunteers as enjoyable and as fulfilling as possible. We seek to achieve this by being totally transparent and fair to everyone involved.
