January fees
Following the government’s latest announcement, it is clear that the club will be unable to resume training as planned on the 8th January.
January's fees will be taken as usual because it is again too late to stop the payment request from being sent. Your January payment is made up of 2 seperate payments, first the usual monthly training fee and secondly the annual membership fee due at the start of each year.
The annual membership covers the entire year and includes the Swim England registration fee, which we pay in January. As a result, this will be taken as normal. For the monthly fee you have the same options as we outlined in November:
- You can contact us and let us know that you would like the club to view the money as a donation
- You can ask us to use the payment as a credit against future payments
If you do not contact us your fees will be used as a credit against future payments.
Hopefully this latest shutdown won't last for too long and we look forward to welcoming you all back when we are allowed to resume.
