Club development

Back in the heady days that were the end of 2020, during covid lockdowns and cancelled Christmas pans, we undertook review of the club as it stood then and where we wanted it to go in the future.  The result was the creation of a club development plan, covering the next 2 years (2021-2022).  For the last year (and a month), it has been guiding the activity of the committee and coaching team to keep the club moving forwards.   

As we move into 2022 and the past the half way mark in that plan, we are carrying out a review of our progress.  The purpose is to identify areas we have been successful in and areas that need more attention to ensure we achieve the aims set out within it.  This process will take place over the next couple of weeks and we will then organise an online club meeting to set out our aims for the rest of the year.
