Changes to club constitution

The club has updated it's constitution for this year, so please visit the policies page on our website to read the updated version.

The main changes are updated club membership names, in line with recent changes brought in by Swim England and the introduction of a 1 month notice period for all membership cancellations. 

The notice period has been introduced to ensure all cancellation requests can be dealt with effectively.  We also wish to ensure there are no issues with people cancelling at the end of a month and us not being able to process the request in time to change the next months payment request before its sent out. 

Please appreciate that while we do our best to process all requests as quickly as possible, our support team is a voluntary one so they can take time to be seen, communicated to the relevant person and actioned.
