Squad Representatives

 

These are the squad reps for the current season. The purpose of the squad representatives is to enhance communication, strengthen squad identity, and improve overall club experience by having reps within each training squad.

 

As our club continues to grow, it’s important to ensure that all swimmers have a voice and feel supported within their squad. Squad representatives will act as key liaisons between swimmers, coaches, and the club committee, helping to streamline communication, support teammates, and contribute to the smooth running of club activities.

 

The representative's objectives include 

presenting squad views, suggestions, and concerns to coaches and club leadership.

To promote Team Spirit by encouraging inclusion, motivation, and morale within the squad. To act as a point of contact for squad members needing guidance or support and to help organize social events, fundraising efforts, and meet-day logistics.

 

 

There are two reps per squad, one male and one female and the reps will meet periodically with PASC's Head Coach and Chairperson.
