Following our Annual General Meeting 2025 please see the following updates.
Fees
Membership fees remain the same as for 2024, with details below:
Annual Membership Fees
- Club Train (Formally CAT1) - £37.00 (2nd Named Club £18.50) (for individuals who are part of a club and are learning to swim or are swimming at any level within the club. As a Club Train member you will be able to compete in Low Level Competitions (League and inter-club Galas)
- Club Compete (Formally CAT2) - £53.00 (2nd Named Club £26.50) (for individuals who are part of a club and looking to compete in any discipline in open competitions not exempted under Swim England law, or designated as a Low Level Competition. Offers you the benefit of a structured competitive pathway, at all levels in swimming, artistic swimming, diving, and water polo.)
- Club Support (Formally CAT3) – Funded by the club (Club Support membership is for anyone involved in a club who isn’t covered by Club Train or Club Compete.)
Any members that are not paid by the due date will be removed from our membership database and therefore will not be able to attend sessions.

Swimming Fees- Payment Method Change
Swimming payments are paid by Standing Order per month on the 1st of each month.
- Swimmers who train 1 session per week will pay £16.00 Per Month
- Swimmers who train 2 sessions per week will pay £32.00 Per Month
- Swimmers who train 3-4 sessions per week will pay £46.00 Per Month

Junior Waterpolo
Session fees will remain the same at £20.00 per month via Standing order. Payable on the 1st of each month.

Senior Waterpolo
- Session fees will remain the same at £35.00 per month via Standing order. (This includes your Club Train membership in the cost per month).
- Junior Members who have been invited to Senior Polo sessions will also remain at £15.00 (Additional to the Junior Polo Fee) via Standing order.
- Training Only / University Fee is £10.00 per month (This does NOT includes your Club Train membership in the cost per month which is due in February 2024, you may only train 9:00-10:00 on Tuesdays when no match is played).

Committee Members
We welcome some new faces to our committee and some officers have changed.

We have got the following vacancies available which we need your help in filling;
- BCM Representative / Delegate- Attend the BCM monthly meetings and report back to the club with an overview and important information / actions)
- Poolside Helper- https://uk.teamunify.com/rswc/UserFiles/File/Job%20Roles/poolside-helper_008737.pdf (This is not a Committee role but we are always looking for support on the poolside at events or certain sessions, please contact your section secretary or Head Coach to offer your support)
Our club is fully operated by volunteers who take time out of their working day to support the running of the club and teach Swimming and Waterpolo to your children. The amount of work and admin that takes place in the background is phenomenal and without our volunteers the club would cease to operate. We ask that with all the new and current members, if you can support the club in any way either as a Club Officer, Committee Member or Helper please email the club ([email protected]) or contact your section head coach.
