SQUAD STRUCTURE

The squad criteria and movements through the squads are set by the head coach and lead coaches. The criteria is constantly reviewed as the club progresses forward. 

The entry criteria are targets to achieved by swimmers before being considered for a squad movement. Other factors will be used as to whether a swimmer is ready to move squads. Areas that included: potential (recognised by coaching team) training ability, technical ability, positive attitude, behaviour, attendance & attendance at competitions.

All squads’ moves are made at coaches discretion .
