Welsh Report 2023 We entered 28 gymnasts into the Welsh Open which was a two day competition. On Saturday 7th October, the team were at the arena for a 07:20am - so it was a nice early start. This competition is for all our general gymnastics gymnasts to compete in the Suki In House Club Competition at our hub Gymnasts can enter one, two or all three apparatus events - floor, bench, vault. Gymnasts will be creating their routines in their class prior to the competition. Entry price includes one adult, additional spectator tickets will be available at a later date - subject to capacity.

Plovdiv 2023 We are delighted to announce that Cloe and Freya, two of our international level gymnasts have been selected to attend the Plovdiv Cup 2023 this coming October as part of the Southern Region Aerobic Team. Additional to this, Su Killeen our Director of Coaching will also be flying out with the team as the official Southern Region Judge. This event will take place from Friday 6th - Sunday 8th October.
