British Triathlon Super Series

Poole SC’s Elite Triathletes, Ryan S and brothers Liam and Ryan O were flying the club's flag this weekend, in the Borwood Aquathon, which forms part of performance races and assessments that contribute towards Junior and Youth National Rankings.

Ryan S and Liam O were in action in the Junior section and Ryan in the Youth section (a year younger than the top age group).

The day would consist of three races to challenge the ability of competitors with different distances in each of the swim or run disciplines.

The first race of the day was a 1kilomtere swim followed by a 1km run.  Race 2 the Swim went to 500m and the Run increase to 2kilomtres, then last race of the day was a 300m swim into a 3kilometres run.

Just about recovered from representing GB in Austria, where he finished 5^th (pic below) Ryan led each of the three races at Boreham. 

Also, impressively making the top 8, including 3^rd position in race 1 was Liam.

Ryan O, putting in strong performances, but the decreasing position as the runs got longer lapped up the experience.
