Dragons & Commorants Sprint Meet

We had 37 swimmers attend the North Cornwall Dragons and Newquay Cormorants sprint meet at Bodmin leisure centre on Sunday 10th September, and what a great competition they had!

It was the first competition for a lot of our newer members and was a great introduction to competing.  Out of the 37 swimmers attending, 19 swimmers took home a combined total of 37 medals, what a haul.

Head coach James was really pleased with the swimmers that were new to competing who overcame their nerves and did themselves and the club proud.  He's identified weaknesses in some of the strokes and already has plans to work on those in training!
