Sign-in Instructions for GoMotion

GoMotion App

We are in the process of moving from Swim Manager to a new system called GoMotion. 

The new system has lots of improved benefits for Parents, Swimmers & the Club:

  • We can securely share videos and training feedback on your swimmers
  • You can manage everything payments,  galas, training times, and communications all via an app as well as the website
  • One place for everything related to the Club 
  • More effective communications (less info lost in emails / WhatsApp messages)

To give you access to the above benefits we need you to register for the new GoMotion system & app. It only takes a few minutes. 

You will receive 2 emails:

  1. ‘Claim your account’ to set-up your log-in details
  2. ‘Provide bank details’ to set-up payments details

You will need to complete these steps within 36 hours of receiving them otherwise you will need to request these details again from Charlotte [email protected]

 

Email 1: Claim Your Account - set-up login details

  • You should have received an email from Thame Swimming Club via SportsEngine / GoMotion entitles 'Your password to access Thame Swimming Club'
  • In order to sign in to the new system you will need to click the 'Claim Account' button within the email:
  • **Please note this link is only valid for 36 hours, after this time you will need to get a new link from [email protected]**

 

 

  • After clicking the link, you will be directed to the following account creation page:

  • Please complete this information as a parent / over 18 member of the club. Please use the same email address that this email was sent to.
  • After following the steps, you should be directed to the club's site:

 

Email 2: Set up Bank Details

  • We are asking you to ensure the data we hold on file is up to date and correct and provide your payment details for the new system. We will no longer be using GoCardless to take payments so need you to provide details for the new system.
  • To do this you will need to complete our Online Registration.
  • You can find this by clicking My Account > Team Registration or using the URL: https://uk.gomotionapp.com/team/thamesc/page/registration
  • Please click the 'add to cart' button in order to start the registration process:


 

  • To proceed to the next steps click the 'checkout now' button or select the shopping cart button in the top right-hand cover of the page.
  • Select the arrow button to show the current members for each person you are registering and click the pencil icon to edit and review the member information:

 

 

  • After completing this for all members proceed to the next step to update and agree to the clubs' policies:

 

  • After selecting 'next' you should see a summary screen:

 

 

  • You will then be prompted to enter your card details on file, these details will be held for online payments on the system:

 

  • Click the Pay Now button, please note no payment will be taken at the point of registration, this is just to set-up a card on system for your monthly fees, gala payments etc.
 
You are now signed up!
 
GoMotion has a great app where you can manage everything easily. Please download 'GoMotion' from the AppStore or Google Play Store and sign in with your account details.
