Swimming Teachers/Coaches

Are you looking for your next challenge? Do you have the skills, drive and passion to lead our swimming squads?

We're recruiting motivated swimming teachers/coaches to join our small - but lively - swimming family. The successful candidates will support, inspire and teach various aged swimmers across our competitive and non-competitive squads. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a new group of teaching staff to build on BPSC’s current breadth of successes whilst bringing their own knowledge, teaching experience, and understanding of the sport to the club. 

We are keen to hear from people who have swum competitively and are now interested in developing their coaching skills. We are looking for natural leaders with enthusiasm and dedication to share their teaching techniques and swimming experiences in order to energise our swimmers.

BPSC needs your help to keep afloat! 

Did you know that BPSC is a charitable organisation run by a group of volunteers?

Except for the coaches, teaching staff and Learn to Swim Coordinators, all roles are unpaid.

Our volunteers have jobs and are parents juggling busy lives.

At present BPSC does not have the capacity to do everything we would like to do to make the club the best it can possibly be for our swimmers.

We are asking all parents/guardians to stop and reflect on how much the swimmers in their family benefit from the hours of coaching, training and competing at BPSC.

How can YOU contribute more to the club, which much-needed skills can you bring to our swimming family?

Please, please, please think about what you are able to contribute to the club so that we can ensure BPSC swimmers’ outstanding achievements continue - we currently need more swimming officals or run the risk of not being able to enter galas.
