Croydon Amphibians' teamwear supplier is Speedo
We are excited to announce that the club has taken the decision to move our club kit to the iconic swim brand Speedo.
We have recently trialled several garments from Speedo including their technical T-shirts with the coaches and team managers; the tops have been really well received and the feedback is that the quality is fantastic.
We are therefore pleased to share a link to the authorised distributor of Speedo - Hardgear - who will provide and facilitate our new club shop.

We appreciate that there is never a perfect time for the entire club to switch kit - as many swimmers may have existing kit that still has plenty of growing room…so please do not feel that there is an expectation to buy new kit immediately. Your swimmers can wear their existing kit and switch when you are ready to do so.
Things to note:
- Some items offered on the website will be stock items, which are available for delivery in several weeks (approximately 2-3 weeks) This is to allow for any printing requirements.
- A number of items offered on the website are “Pre-Order” items; these items are produced to order and therefore minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply before Hardgear can place the order with Speedo. These items will take approximately 8-10 weeks lead time.
- To help facilitate the ordering process we will trial using ‘ordering windows’. There will be many opportunities throughout the year for this. During these periods, Hardgear will take all orders, however the pre -order items will only be ordered at the end of the ordering window once enough swimmers have placed orders and the MOQ has been met. We will monitor how this works and adjust if necessary.
- Finally, please note that club swim hats will not be available via Hardgear; these will be sold via ourselves and other members of the coaching team. Please let your coach know in the first instance if you require a CASC hat. The cost for a club swim hat is £8 each.

- Poolside team t-shirt (MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT RACING)
- Goggles (2 Pairs)
- Water Bottles (2 preferable)
- Towels (2 – one for poolside and one for changing)
- Poolside snacks i.e. bananas, energy bars etc. (No sweets or fizzy drinks)
