• Check that your swimmer is able to compete in the meet as not every swimmer can compete in every meet. You can find this by selecting the meet and looking at the meet information:

• Parent volunteers are the lifeblood of this club and we cannot operate without their goodwill. It's only fair to share this load amongst as many parents as we can. 
• Volunteering opportunities are available helping to set up and administer meets and during meets as an official or club volunteer.

• When you enter a meet you are committing your swimmer. Think of it like booking a holiday. You won't normally be able to be refunded for this unless your swimmer has supporting medical documentation that says that they cannot swim.
• If you need to withdraw your swimmer, let the Meet Manager know (they're the ones who communicate the swim meet information to you). If it's on the day of the meet, tell a coach or Team Manager instead as soon as you can. There are penalties imposed on the club if we do not withdraw swimmers or withdraw too late.
