Masters at Newmarket

5 of us were at Newmarket yesterday. Poppy, Oliver and Clive did some very decent times. 8 gold, 4 silver and 6 bronze medals between us. Pretty good

Personally I managed 3 seasonal bests but all 5 of my swims were well down on 2023. Some scoundrel beat me by 0.07seconds in the 50m backstroke. That is not playing cricket
