We Need You – Volunteer at Home Meets

As club run by our members, we rely on our members—especially parents—to step up and get involved. It takes a team of volunteers to make sure everything runs smoothly for our swimmers.

There are plenty of roles where you can help, including:

• Selling spectator & raffle tickets

• Marshalling swimmers

• Handing out medals on the medal table

• Helping on refreshments

• Mopping the floor (yes, really!)

• Setting up and packing down

You don’t need any special experience, just a willingness to help. We’ll guide you through whatever role you take on.

Whilst we can’t always guarantee you’ll see every second of your child’s swim, we can promise you’ll be part of something rewarding—and essential to making the meet a success.

Volunteering is a great way to support your swimmer and the wider club. Even just one session makes a difference.
