The window is only open 2 or 3 times per year.

A minimum order of 11, for T-shirts/Hoodies/Mid Layers, is required to fulfil the order. If insufficient items are ordered the whole order is cancelled, if this happens your bank card will be credited accordingly after the closing date.

All other items (not t-shirts, hoodies, mid layers) do not carry a minimum order.

We recommend you purchase one size up on your normal size. Sample sizes will be available at the club desk, on some Fridays whilst the ordering window is open.

Some people have reported issues with ordering on mobile devices, where they can not find the 'add to cart' button. If you are having this problem, turn your device around to landscape view or alternatively use a laptop.
