Stowmarket Gold – Suffolk County League Champions 2025!

A huge congratulations to all our incredible Stowmarket swimmers in Stowmarket Gold and Stowmarket Blue teams!

We’re absolutely bursting with pride — not only for your outstanding performances this past weekend but for the relentless dedication and passion you’ve shown throughout all three rounds of the Suffolk League. From our youngest rising stars to our seasoned swimmers, every single one of you gave it your all, and it truly paid off!

This fantastic achievement marks the third consecutive year that Stowmarket Gold has claimed the League title — an extraordinary milestone! Before entering the final round, Stowmarket Gold was leading the league with 598 points accumulated over the first two rounds. In the thrilling final, our swimmers added another 277 points to finish with a total of 875 points, edging out Deben, who finished with 855 points.

The finals were fiercely contested, with many races decided by mere hundredths of a second — a true testament to the quality and depth of the competition across all eight teams.

Our Blue Team also deserves huge praise for their hard work and determination throughout the season. Finishing in a strong 7th place with 406 points, the Blue Team showcased impressive progress and consistency, with many swimmers achieving personal bests and gaining valuable race experience. Their efforts contributed significantly to the overall strength and depth of Stowmarket Swimming, demonstrating the bright future of our club.

And, of course, none of this would have been possible without our dedicated Coaches, Team Managers, and Officials. Your tireless commitment behind the scenes makes all the difference — thank you for everything you do!
