Devon Championships 2022 (Weekend 2)
Another fantastic weekend of swimming at the Devon County Championships! On 22nd & 23rd January we had 11 Brixham Marlins competing at this highly prestigious swimming event. Aela, John, Rebecca, Eva, Lara B, Ayla, Freya, Scarlett, Will, Austin & Frankie ( Dan sadly missing due to COVID) should be proud of their achievements & of how well they represented Brixham Swimming Club.
Saturday started with the arduous 800m freestyle all the more difficult in a 50m pool. Fabulous efforts from Aela (7th), John (7th) & Rebecca (12th) bode well for the rest of the weekend.

Will Lloyd 50m backstroke (8th)
200m backstroke (7th)
Austin Heale 50m backstroke (8th)
Aela Farquharson 100m butterfly (5th)
Eva Bissett 200m IM (8th)
Well done to all swimmers and a big thank you to Coaches, Team Managers, Officials and Volunteers. Roll on the final weekend at the begining of February!
