Training Timetable 

New timetable from 1st of February 2026.

Please ensure that you look at the new timetable as there have been some minor changes to the timings of some squads.

Please note that any changes to training due to competitions / holidays will be confirmed below. Any short notice changes will be directly emailed.

All recent changes to the timetable are highlighted in red for ease of reference.
