Refund Policy for Harlow Pensuins Swim School
Thank you for choosing our swimming lessons! We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable learning experience for all participants. Please read our refund policy below for details regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations by the Participant
All swimmers are automatically renewed for the next course of swimming lessons. If you do not wish your child to be renewed, please email [email protected] at least two weeks before the end of term to cancel your space.
2. Refunds
Partial Refund: If you cancel before the first lesson of the new term, you will receive a 50% refund of the total lesson fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made after the lessons have begun will not be refunded. Your booking will have taken up and reserved a space that could have otherwise been sold to another swimmer.
3. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, such as, instructor availability, or other operational issues. If we need
to cancel a lesson, we will notify you as soon as possible and place a credit on to your account.
4. Make-Up Lessons
In the event of a missed lesson due to illness or emergency, we are unable to offer a make-up lesson, as most of our classes are full.
5. Non-Transferable
All refunds and lesson transfers are valid only for the individual originally registered.
Lesson fees are non-transferable to other individuals.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
7. Special Considerations
Refunds for cancellation due to medical reasons are at our discretion, upon production of a medical certificate.
