Nairn IM Challenge - Inverness Leisure - Sunday 2nd June 2024
Sunday we had the Nairn IM which was brilliant. A huge team of IASC swimmers, Team Purple was Matthew, Madi, Lara, Ridwan, Lachie, Sambor, Rebecca, Felix, Ali J, Leah, Kamilla, Joe, Tyla, Aimee, Ally F, Isla, Diana, Holli, Gillies, Eva, Sylvester, Grace, Quinn, Madi, Nathan, Iona, Lewis, Freya, Megan, Anwen, Luella, Zoe, Katie and Danny. You all did your club proud and some great PBβs and effort as well as support.
The set up of the meet was the swimmers competed in a 100IM, 50m Backstroke, Breaststroke, Fly and Freestyle and the Top 8 took part in Finals later in the afternoon. Thanks Nairn ASC for hosting such a great event. It was great to have the Finalists announced as they walked to the blocks, added to the excitement.

Finalists - Katie, Zoe, Megan, Lewis, Danny, Isla, Gillies, Nathan, Kamilla, Leah, Joe, Ally, Sambor, Matthew. Leulla and Ridwan gained final places but did not swim in the finals. Rebecca made finals but had to withdraw due to an injury. Again a fantastic effort everyone.
