Head Coach: Padraic Dolan
Padraic is a highly experienced Head Swim Coach with over 15 years of coaching across all levels — from local meets to international and Olympic competition. A Level 3 certified coach, he is widely respected for his ability to develop athletes’ technique, endurance, and mindset.
Most recently, three of Padraic’s swimmers were selected for the Regional Programme, with one earning a place on the National Junior Pathway — a testament to his strong track record in swimmer development.
Known for fostering a positive and motivating training environment, Padraic is deeply committed to helping swimmers reach their full potential. His passion for the sport and dedication to mentorship continue to inspire the next generation — both in the water and on the pool deck, and beyond.
