Bickley Park School

Hi All,

Just to keep you informed on the latest developments of our expansion of our Aquacubs – Learn to Swim programme at Bickley Park on Tuesday & Friday evenings

After a delayed start, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have launched at Bickley Park now running from 6 pm until 8 pm on both Tuesday and Friday nights.

So, if you would like to register your child between 6 pm and 8 pm on either a Tuesday or Friday night please let me know (please see the flyer below for further details).

We do plan in the near future to start at 5 pm and when that happens, those already swimming at Bickley will be given preference when the earlier slot becomes available.

BSC Aquacubs Pre-Competitive Learn-to-Swim Programme

We are a very busy learn-to-swim programme aimed at teaching children from the ages of 4 to 10 years old.

• Our team of experienced teachers
  • First focus on developing their water confidence
  • Then as they progress, we develop their water skills and drills
• We follow the Swim England Learn-To-Swim Stages and regularly feed Bromley Swimming Club with potential competitive swimmers.

Aquacubs run lessons from

• Radnor House School, Sevenoaks on Saturday afternoons (14:00-16:00) during term time
• Bromley High School swimming pool on Sunday afternoons (15:15-17:45) during term time

Joining Aquacubs

Before joining Aquacubs the swimmer must complete a trial to ensure that they are swimming in the correct class that matches their swimming current ability

To complete a trial, the parents need to provide us with the following information

• The swimmer’s name, the swimmer’s date of birth, swimming ability and preferred swimming venue
• We will then inform you if we have any spaces available and arrange a trial as soon as possible.
