Our successful Autumn Gold Meet will take place this year on Sunday 8th, Octoberr 2023 at The K2 Leisure Centre, Pease Pottage Hill, Crawley, RH11 9BQ

Session Timings & Warm-Ups
Session 1
Boys Warm-Up 08:00-08:30
Girls Warm-Up 08:30-09:00

There will be, at least a one-hour gap between the sessions to allow swimmers and coaches to eat.
The swim-down pool will be available throughout the meet, but swimmers using it must be accompanied by a coach/Team Manager at all times.
Due to restrictions placed on us by the pool provider swimmers will not be allowed poolside other than for Marshalling and to race and will be housed in the sports hall, so I would suggest bringing a chair, and warm clothes. Coaches & Team managers will be permitted poolside.
Officials Request
This event requires a minimum number of officials for each session. To help us cover all sessions fully, we would politely ask that those clubs entering more than 5 swimmers provide two officials or more per session (J1 in training or above).
